Intellectual property

Unauthorized copying, modification, or source code extraction is prohibited. All intellectual property remains the property of COKLUK and Ali Salih ÇOKLUK.

Security & device responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining device security. Jailbreaking or rooting may compromise security and application functionality.

Payment & cancellation

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends
• Manage subscriptions in App Store or Google Play account settings
• No refunds for the current period once charged, unless store policy applies

AI usage

Applications may use AI for certain features. User data is never used to train AI models; processing is anonymous unless described in an app-specific section.

Updates & termination

The Service Provider may update or terminate applications at any time. You agree to accept updates when offered.

VangaFal: terms of use

Service areas

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using VangaFal, you agree to these terms. The Application is offered as a Freemium service on Google Play (COKLUK) and App Store (Ali Salih ÇOKLUK).

2. Liability limits

The Service Provider is not responsible for internet connection issues, battery life, or accuracy of third-party data.

3. User-generated content

Content must comply with community guidelines. Prohibited content includes nudity, hate speech, harassment, black magic promotion, and illegal activity. Violations may result in permanent account closure.

4. In-app purchases

All payments use Apple IAP. No external payment redirects. Payment information is never stored on Service Provider servers.

Vangia: terms of use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Vangia, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Scope of service

• Crystal energy and wellness tracking tools
• Personal journal and reflection diary
• Daily motivational notifications
• AI-aided intuition analysis
• Mood and emotion logging
• Vision board creation

3. Entertainment purposes only

Crystal, wellness, and intuition content is for entertainment, personal development, and motivation only. It does not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Consult licensed healthcare professionals for health concerns.

4. User obligations

• Personal, non-commercial use only
• No reverse-engineering or source code access attempts
• No disruption or damage to App operation
• Compliance with applicable laws

5. Subscriptions & purchases

• Processed through the Apple App Store
• Auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
• Cancel: App Store → Account → Subscriptions
• Apple does not refund the current subscription period once charged

6. Intellectual property

All App content (text, images, audio, design, code) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages from App use.

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes resolved in Istanbul courts.

Davay: terms of use

1. Service description

Davay is a mobile dating platform where users create profiles, match with others, and chat. The service includes free features and optional paid products (Premium, Boost, Blue Tick verification).

2. Account requirements

• Minimum age 18
• Accurate and current account information
• One account per person; no account sharing
• You are responsible for account security

Each profile has two scores visible to other users:

• Reliability score: match quality and profile consistency
• Response score: speed of replies within 24 hours

Matches with no messages within 24 hours may expire. Failure to reply within 24 hours after a message may lower the non-responding party's score.

5. Purchases & refunds

Purchases via Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play policy. For technical issues contact [email protected]. Cancel Premium anytime in Google Play; cancellation takes effect at period end.

6. Content policy

• Photos must be real, current, and yours
• No explicit, violent, or hateful content
• No copyrighted content without permission
• Content may be reviewed by moderation

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or permanently close accounts for violations without prior notice. You may delete your account via the in-app account deletion flow.

8. Limitation of liability

Davay is not liable for interactions between users, damages, or failure to achieve expected outcomes. Service is provided “as is.”

9. Governing law

Turkish law applies. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes are communicated via app updates or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
