Terms of Use — Vangia

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Vangia ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Scope of Service

The App provides:

Crystal energy and wellness tracking tools
Personal journal and reflection diary
Daily motivational notifications and rewards
AI-aided visual insight and stone analysis
Interactive card sessions delivered from our servers
UGC sessions: users may submit photos, text, and form data to request curated readings
Credit-based access to premium features, ads, and App Store purchases

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

Important Notice: Crystal, wellness, and intuition content within the App is provided for entertainment, personal development, and motivational purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

For health concerns, always consult a licensed healthcare professional.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Certain features allow you to submit content ("User Content"), including photos, text, session topics, and profile information. By submitting User Content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, and review it solely to operate the App and deliver requested services.

You are solely responsible for User Content you submit. You represent that you own or have the right to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

Illegal, harassing, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content
Content promoting self-harm, dangerous activities, or discrimination
Spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading service claims
Copyright or privacy violations, including unauthorised photos of others
Attempts to disrupt, hack, scrape, or abuse the credit or reward systems

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. Violations may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent termination.

6. Reporting & Moderation

Use the in-app Report option on any grid item to flag inappropriate, misleading, spam, copyright, or other issues.
Reports are processed anonymously; your identity is not shared with the reported party.
Our team reviews valid reports within 24 hours and may remove content or restrict accounts.

7. User Obligations

By using the App, you agree to:

Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Not reverse-engineer the App or attempt to access its source code
Not use the App to disrupt, damage, or impair its operation
Not submit User Content that violates Section 5 of these Terms
Comply with all applicable local and international laws

Uygulamayı bozma, engelleme veya zarar verme amacıyla kullanmamak

Geçerli tüm yerel ve uluslararası yasalara uymak

8. Subscriptions, Credits & Purchases

      In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
To cancel: App Store → Account → Subscriptions.
Credits are virtual balances used inside the App; they have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple policy.
Spent credits for completed or submitted sessions are not automatically refunded.

9. Intellectual Property

All App content provided by us (text, images, audio, design, code, card sessions, and grid listings) is protected by copyright and belongs to the developer or its licensors. User Content remains yours; you grant us the limited licence described in Section 4.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

13. Apple Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App on Apple devices is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
