Bu metin, Google Play’de yayımlanan “Fatma ile İslamı Eğlenceli Öğrenelim” uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullandığınızda hangi verilerin işlendiğini açıklar. Uygulama çocuklar içindir; hesap, ödeme ve ayarlar ebeveyne aittir.
This policy explains what data is processed when you use “Learn Islam with Fatima” (the “App”) on Google Play. The App is for children. Accounts, payments, and settings belong to the parent.

Uygulama İslam ve Kur’an eğitimidir. Çocuktan e-posta, konum veya reklam profili istenmez. Çocuk profili adı cihazda tutulur. Ebeveyn paneline matematik sorusu veya PIN ile girilir. Reklamlar ücretsiz planda gösterilir; içerik derecesi çocuklara uygun (PG) olacak şekilde ayarlanır. İlgi alanına göre kişiselleştirilmiş reklam hedeflemesi yapılmaz.
The App is Islamic and Quran education. We do not ask a child for email, location, or an ad profile. The child’s display name stays on the device. The parent area is behind a math gate or PIN. Ads may appear on the free plan with a child-appropriate (PG) content rating. We do not run interest-based ad targeting on children.

- Ebeveyn Google hesabı: Giriş yaparsanız e-posta, ad ve Google kullanıcı kimliği Firebase Authentication ve sunucumuz (cokluk.com) üzerinde saklanır. Aile abonliğini bu hesaba bağlamak içindir.
- Parent Google account: If you sign in, email, name, and Google user id are stored with Firebase Authentication and on our server (cokluk.com) to attach the family subscription.
- Abonelik durumu: Google Play Billing satın alma bilgisi Play ve (varsa) hesabınızdaki premium bayrağı ile doğrulanır. Kart numarası bize gelmez.
- Subscription status: Google Play Billing purchase state is verified by Play and, where used, a premium flag on your account. Card numbers never reach us.
- Çocuk profili (cihaz): İsim, yaş grubu, yıldız, ilerleme ve dil tercihi telefonda (yerel depolama) durur. Zorunlu olarak sunucuya yüklenmez.
- Child profile (on-device): Name, age band, stars, progress, and language stay on the phone. They are not required to be uploaded to our server.
- Sohbet ve ses: Çocuk Fatma’ya yazarsa veya konuşursa metin / ses kaydı, cevap üretmek için sunucumuza ve konuşma hizmetlerine (Microsoft Azure Speech, Groq) iletilebilir. Çocuk profil adı bu isteklere eklenmez. Ses, metne çevrildikten sonra işlem dosyası tutulmaz; sohbet geçmişi cihazda kalır, kalıcı bir çocuk günlüğü oluşturmayız.
- Chat and voice: If a child types or speaks to Fatima, the text or audio may be sent to our API and speech providers (Microsoft Azure Speech, Groq) to generate a reply. The child’s profile name is not sent with these requests. Audio is not kept after transcription. Chat history stays on the device; we do not build a lasting child diary on our servers.
- Reklam kimliği: Ücretsiz planda Google AdMob reklam gösterebilir. Android reklam kimliği bu amaçla kullanılabilir.
- Advertising ID: On the free plan Google AdMob may show ads. The Android advertising ID may be used for that purpose.
- Teknik günlükler: Hata ayıklama için kısa süreli sunucu günlükleri (IP, zaman, hata kodu) oluşabilir.
- Technical logs: Short-lived server logs (IP, time, error code) may be created for debugging.

Uygulama işlevi (ders, ses, sohbet), ebeveyn hesabı ve abonelik, ücretsiz planda reklam, güvenlik ve yasal yükümlülük. Çocuk verisini pazarlama listesi, profil satışı veya üçüncü taraf veri broker’ı için kullanmayız.
We use data for app features (lessons, speech, chat), the parent account and subscription, ads on the free plan, security, and legal duties. We do not sell children’s data, build marketing lists from it, or send it to data brokers.

Bu sağlayıcılar kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. Veri, hizmeti sunmak için gerekli olduğu ölçüde iletilir.
Those providers have their own privacy policies. Data is sent only as needed to run the service.
6. Saklama ve silme

Cihazdaki çocuk profili, uygulamayı kaldırınca veya uygulama verisini silince gider. Ebeveyn Google hesabı kaydı uygulama içinden “Hesabı sil” ile veya hesap silme sayfası / [email protected] üzerinden kaldırılır. Abonelik iptali Google Play hesap ayarlarından yapılır.
Child profiles on the device are removed when you uninstall the App or clear app data. Parent account records are deleted in the App via “Delete account” or via the account deletion page / [email protected]. Cancel a subscription in Google Play account settings.

Ebeveyn olarak erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz hakkınız vardır. Talepler için [email protected] yazın. Türkiye’de KVKK, Avrupa’da GDPR kapsamında ilgili başvuru yolları saklıdır.
As a parent you may access, correct, delete, or object to processing. Email [email protected]. Rights under KVKK (Türkiye) and GDPR (EEA/UK) remain available where they apply.

İletişim HTTPS iledir. Sunucu anahtarları uygulamada tutulmaz. Yine de hiçbir internet hizmeti yüzde yüz güvenli değildir.
Traffic uses HTTPS. API secrets are not shipped inside the App. No internet service is perfectly secure.

Uygulama eğitim amaçlıdır; fetva veya resmi dini hüküm vermez. Aile aboneliği Google Play (veya App Store) üzerinden otomatik yenilenir. Dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz ücret yenilenir. İptal ve yönetim: Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler. İade Play/Store politikasına tabidir. Çocuk hesabı açılmaz; ebeveyn kapısı ayarları korur. Hizmeti kötüye kullanmak, nefret veya uygunsuz içerik üretmeye zorlamak yasaktır. COKLUK hizmeti dilediğinde güncelleyebilir veya sonlandırabilir.
The App is for education and does not issue fatwa. The family subscription auto-renews through Google Play (or the App Store). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, the charge renews. Manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Play/Store policy. Children do not create store accounts; a parent gate protects settings. Do not abuse the service or try to generate hateful or inappropriate content. COKLUK may update or discontinue the service.
